Return & Refund Policy

  • Returns Welcome Within 30 Days of Purchase
  • Return Shipping is Solely the Buyers Responsibility,
unless there is an exception
  • Refunds will be given once item is received & inspected, usually within 24hrs. The time a refund will arrive in your account depends on your banks processing times
  • I take returns on all of my items. If for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase, please let me know. I know its hard shopping online, since you cant touch it, try it on etc. When you receive an item ordered via online, most of us know if we like an item or not immediately when we get it. So please, notify me by replying to an update email sent to you or the contact page on the website. When I'm not contacted I assume you are happy with your purchase. ( I like when clients contact me when they are happy too! 😉💞 )

  What to expect with a return

As long as items are shipped back within 30 days of receipt, in the original packaging and the items are in the original undamaged, unaltered condition when they shipped from Blingschlingers,

  • There is No Restocking fees
  • There is No mandatory in store credit 
  • There is No Partial refunds for a kept item
  • There is No withholding your original shipping fee (Return shipping is buyer responsibility)
  • So what all this means, is that you will get your entire original payment back 😃 

 Protect yourself and I in the return process

  • I do not take returns on damaged / altered items and refunds will not be issued.
  • I ship items insured, it would be nice if they came back that way just in case. Its not mandatory but if its over 50.00 I would.
  • In todays world video can have benefits. If any damage is noted on your package upon delivery please video. Starting the video BEFORE opening the package. Make sure to get clear close up footage of the unopened package on all sides, then proceed to open and clearly show a closeup of the item. If any damage has occurred unaltered video footage processes much faster with claims through insurance and USPS.
  • If I receive a damaged item back, no refund will be issued. Some examples include and not limited to, improper handling, improper cleaning, dropped, etc., or an item that has been altered in any way including swapped stones, clasps, findings etc, a refund will not be issued. Each one of the items posted on the website are well documented in our files
